Ezequiel Rodriguez — Agentic Product Designer
Every project arrives with the important decisions already made by someone else. I'm the one who asks why. I work end to end: discovery and UX research, information architecture, user flows, high-fidelity UI, design systems, prototyping and developer handoff. Working worldwide, in English and Spanish.
Agentic is what happens around that: I run AI agents across the repetitive passes, synthesising interviews, drafting wireframe variants and building code prototypes. The design decisions stay human.
Selected case studies
Visualine — AI-powered audience intelligence for creators and social teams
Role: Product Designer, end to end · 2025 · MVP with founder and engineering team.
Problem: Creators and social teams get thousands of comments across YouTube, Instagram, Threads and TikTok. Their tools bury the useful feedback under noise, report vanity metrics instead and generate replies that read like a template.
Approach: Mapped the MVP journey (comment ingestion, insights, AI replies, moderation), defined the information architecture, wireframed 10+ core screens before visual design, then built the UI on an adapted Untitled UI system with human-in-the-loop AI flows where every reply is reviewed and approved by a person.
Outcome: Delivered the MVP end to end: clickable prototype, design system and handoff documentation. The founder is taking it into pre-seed fundraising and beta onboarding as a growth-intelligence platform.
Kendyl — AI hiring that matches talent and mission at scale
Role: Product Designer, UX/UI lead · 2025 · with the CEO, a fullstack developer and a UI designer.
Problem: Hiring reduces people to a resume and a keyword match, which produces bad hires, poor team fit and slow timelines.
Approach: Designed separate onboarding and AI-interview flows for talent and companies as stepper-based components, made the six-dimension Kendyl Score legible to both audiences, and built a design system spanning dashboards and marketing.
Outcome: A dashboard for each side plus instant booking, so talent picks a slot with a company the moment interest is mutual. The microcopy ended up doing as much work as the layouts.
BookingChic — end-to-end booking ecosystem for a luxury day spa
Role: Product Designer with product management duties · 2024–2025 · with three developers and the general manager.
Problem: The spa ran scheduling, promotions, rewards and product sales on four separate third-party tools, so staff worked across all of them and customers got none of the premium experience the brand was selling in the room.
Approach: Translated user stories into a requirements matrix that surfaced edge cases early, prioritised the calendar module as the system foundation, and designed the business platform and customer mobile app in parallel so business rules and customer experience evolved together.
Outcome: The web platform is live in production and the mobile app is built and waiting on launch, replacing the third-party patchwork with one system.
WrkSense — multi-role candidate management for recruitment agencies
Role: Product Designer · 2024 · with two UX/UI designers, a fullstack developer and the CEO.
Problem: Recruiters, candidates, companies and agencies each needed a distinct workflow inside one coherent platform, and the client's branding was still changing while we built it.
Approach: Researched recruitment platforms to locate friction in candidate tracking and scheduling, mapped role-based flows and dashboards, and iterated the visual system through evolving brand feedback.
Outcome: Delivered the UX/UI for a multi-role platform with role-based access, meeting scheduling and shared candidate notes, held together by one shared design system.
